I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I just find it a little hard to believe, based only on my several years of positive shopping experiences with that particular store. Just as a note, it's the only Mens WearHouse store I have ever shopped at. The only problem I ever had was handled immediately and graciously, on a leather jacket I had purchased weeks before and had already worn several times (the front zipper broke). Sorry to hear you had a problem that went unresolved. |
| 2. Written by Nyla on February 9, 2012 from austin, texas, US Bought two pairs of pants for my husband, he's built like a football player so it's hard to find him pants. Paid 100$ for two pairs, they came quickly so we were happy. They were a little big on him so no big deal, he came home from lunch the FIRST time he wore one of them, the crotch seam was coming undone. Not having time to find another pair, we grabbed the second pair that came, identical to the first thinking it was a fluke. Again he came home from work a few hours later, with the seams on the leg coming undone. He didn't do anything that could cause them to come undone. Will NEVER buy anything from them again. They wouldn't take them back has he had worn them. |
