I bought a $125 pair of dress shoes and after the 7th or 8th time wearing them the heel starting falling off. I returned the shoes to the Burnsville Mn store and was treated by the mngr like a third world consumer". First the salesman that greated me had to beg the mngr to help me because he was busy crunching numbers on a a report/. When he did approach me he gave me a response while he was walking away so I couldnt even understand him?. His option for me was to keep my shoes for a week and have their shoe repair guy fix them:. After I explained I lived miles away from the store and didn't want to make another trip in he mumbled again and walked away:. He obviosily didn't want to solve my problem and not once appoligized for the inconveinence|. I will not shop their anymore and will tell the world through twitter and facebook of the non service I received:. I walked out of the store with my broken down shoes and will have to throw them away|.I don't think George Zimmer will be using my testimomnial for his commercials, I guarentee it!!

Bought a suit and accessories totalling over $600. They were all over me to help me buy their stuff. I wore the suit six times before the crotch of the pants wore through. I took them into the store asking for a replacement pair of pants and the manager very rudely told me there was nothing she could do. That was five years ago and I have never been back and never will. |
